Company: Premier Sewer & Septic Service

Jurisdiction: Northern Illinois (DeKalb, LaSalle, Kendall, and Kane Counties, including Sandwich and surrounding municipal zones)

Governing Law: State of Illinois

1. Scope of Waste Management, Sewer, & Septic Services

Premier Sewer & Septic Service provides comprehensive residential and commercial wastewater solutions, including mechanical septic tank pumping, new structural septic system engineering and installations, localized drain cleaning, high-pressure hydro jetting line scouring, sub-surface sewer repair, and submersible video camera diagnostics.

  • Fulfillment, Booking, & Pricing Framework: Cost breakdowns, preliminary scheduling windows, or phone assessments provided via 815-786-6100, [email protected], or https://premiersewerseptic.com/ are conditional and subject to physical site inspection. Final binding contracts are executed strictly in writing on-site after a technical service member maps the structural topography, access layouts, or tank volume conditions.
  • Wastewater System Installation & Pumping Parameters: Septic installations and replacements conform to explicit regional public health allocations. Septic tank pumping eliminates accumulated solids to ensure proper processing of wastewater. The client acknowledges that structural tank pumping or line jetting can expose pre-existing baffle failures, structural baffle disintegration, historical tank cracks, or drain field saturation points that occurred prior to our technical arrival.
  • Emergency Dispatch Controls: Our emergency services are structured to address urgent wastewater back-ups. Dispatch timelines vary based on real-time vehicle distribution, transit bottlenecks, and local weather changes across our service counties.

2. SMS & Mobile Communications Consent

By submitting an online service form, scheduling a routine septic pumping, or contacting our Sandwich headquarters, you enter our direct field logistics network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications from Premier Sewer & Septic Service for:

  • Logistical & Dispatch Coordination: Real-time scheduling confirmations, automated appointment notifications, background-checked technician profile tracking, and urgent emergency back-up arrival metrics.
  • Technical Deliverables: Digital transmission of subsurface camera inspection summaries, septic tank measurement logs, upfront flat-rate options menus, and final itemized receipts.
  • Account Support: Progress billing milestones, municipal disposal certification sheets, and automated seasonal or recurring pumping reminders.
  • Opt-Out Control: You retain absolute authority to terminate mobile alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Professional Standards & Illinois Code Compliance

Operating with integrity for over 11 years, Premier Sewer & Septic Service maintains an elite trade framework. All operations—including heavy excavation runs, environmental wastewater hauling, and sub-surface component placements—strictly comply with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Private Sewage Disposal Code, local county environmental ordinances, and OSHA safety criteria.

4. Northern Illinois Transit Logistics & Environmental Factors

Serving homes and businesses across DeKalb, LaSalle, and adjacent counties, Premier Sewer & Septic Service is legally exempt from project delays, technical standby fees, or mechanical timeline deviations caused by:

  • Heavy regional transit or routing bottlenecks unique to Illinois transport corridors (including US-34, I-88, Route 47, and local thoroughfares).
  • Severe Midwestern weather events (including winter ground freezes that restrict soil absorption testing, torrential rainstorms that oversaturate drain fields, or extreme flooding) that make high-pressure fluid applications or heavy digging physically unsafe or non-compliant.
  • Delays induced by the state-mandated utility notification database (Illinois 811 / JULIE).

5. High-Pressure Scouring Friction & Substrate Material Disclaimers

Our professional drain cleaning and high-pressure hydro jetting services rely on powerful blasts of pressurized water to break up thick tree roots, grease, hair, and solid waste obstructions without hazardous chemicals. Property owners acknowledge that these physical cleaning methods place internal mechanical stress on older pipe walls. Premier Sewer & Septic Service disclaims structural liability for the unexpected failure, line breach, or collapse of conduits that were fundamentally thinned, cracked, or root-penetrated by decades of unmonitored corrosion prior to our technical mobilization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Illinois statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of Premier Sewer & Septic Service for any mechanical omission, installation variance, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific service invoice. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing toxic mold growth, property value reductions due to failed pre-purchase escrow septic testing, sub-surface foundation shifting, or biological contamination from sewage backups occurring prior to our technical arrival.
